Senior Manager – Human Resource Business Partner

Role Objective

We are growing quickly and looking for a stellar HRBP professional to join our HR team who can bring the hustle associated with a fast-paced environment to succeed.

Professional Know-how

Academic:

  • MBA/MSW/PGDM/PGPM

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in an HRBP role.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing new strategies and a mix of operations in a live environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders in a global environment.
  • Understand business challenges and collaborate with the business to add value.
  • Strong in people analytics and partnership & engagements.
  • Demonstrate strong HR functional knowledge and champion change management projects.
  • Drive a strong & robust Performance Management process with adherence to key KPIs and capability development.
  • Handle employee lifecycle events and experiences.
  • Facilitate talent reviews for businesses and prepare succession plans for critical roles.
  • Coach leaders and managers on people-related decisions & actively participate in long-term talent planning and development.
  • Understand and implement people’s policies, programs/interventions & procedures.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws & amendments.
  • Handle employee grievances, case inquiries, and investigations, and prepare compliance reports.
  • Display strong business acumen and partnership mindset to drive employee engagement & HR advisory.
  • Solid execution background in performance management, calibration, and succession planning.
  • Design competency frameworks and skill frameworks, and create a roadmap for learning & development to meet emerging/changing business needs.
  • Data-driven and experienced in HR Analytics.
  • Good at facilitation of sessions and partnering with businesses to solve complex problems.
  • Conduct pulse checks and adopt the right technologies and platforms to drive valuable insights on people engagements.

Competencies

  • 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
  • Combined experience of working in startups & enterprises is an advantage.
  • Mentor to the existing team members & role model on subject matter expertise.
  • Global business partner & a true collaborator.
  • Strong research skills.
  • Trained facilitator on behavioral programs.
  • Self-directed and proactive.
  • High Emotional Quotient (EQ) and ability to navigate nuances & deal with ambiguity.
  • Ability to find humor in the most mundane days.
