Pre-Sales Consultant

Professional Know-how

Academic:

  • Graduate or postgraduate (any discipline).

Experience:

  • Collaborate with product managers, software developers, analysts, and sales to deliver exceptional solutions and unlock business-transforming outcomes for our largest clients.
  • Technical prowess and customer-centric approach will be instrumental as you engage in large enterprise sales engagements, drive technical architecture discoveries, and build the future state of our clients.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to identify pain points and provide innovative solutions.
  • Lead discovery workshops to align our clients’ needs with the right solution to empower their business strategy.
  • Develop and present architectures and demo solutions that showcase our platform’s capabilities.
  • Partner with sales and account teams to deliver top-notch technical demonstrations and engage with stakeholders to build client communities.
  • Assist clients in achieving strategic business objectives by streamlining operations and leveraging AntWorks’ technology.
  • Continuously evaluate how our technology can drive meaningful improvements for our clients.
  • Initiate and manage multiple proofs of value with prospective clients.
  • Work closely with R&D and Product Management to provide feedback on product updates and enhancements.
  • You are curious and passionate about technology and enjoy solving problems.
  • Have technical/business experience in client-facing roles such as pre-sales consulting, technical enablement, or software application development.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to build and present robust product demos combined with the communication skills needed to develop customer relationships.
  • Experience in software development and architecture, project management, requirements engineering, product management, and solution architecture.
  • Exceptional analytic skills and conceptual thinking ability.
  • Basic understanding of AI & ML concepts & terminologies.
  • Pega experience either as a Pre-sales consultant working for Pega or working for a Systems Integrator in a similar capacity.

Competencies

  • 5 years’ experience in a solution consultant / pre-sales and/or solution architect role.
  • Experience developing customer-specific solutions at the enterprise level.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership in technology.
  • Knowledge of the Pega Infinity Platform and related Pega applications.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful POCs and custom demonstrations.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software sales, complex data relationships, and object-oriented applications.
