With over 25 years of global HR leadership experience, Pooja will play a crucial role in developing a world-class management team and promoting a winning culture that supports diversity and collaboration while ensuring high employee morale.
Throughout her career, Pooja has spearheaded end-to-end HR transformation initiatives, expertly redesigning HR policies, processes, and systems to drive organizational success. Her strategic alignment and stakeholder engagement skills have consistently yielded impactful results, even in the most complex, multi-cultural environments.
Prior to joining AntWorks, Pooja led IBM India’s Change Management and HR Reinvention Practice, where she achieved an impressive 100 percent growth in the department. Her tenure at IBM also saw her spearhead global HR initiatives, driving significant transformations across various geographies including Japan, India, the US, UK, and EMEA.
Pooja’s expertise extends beyond traditional HR functions, encompassing change management, rewards, and mergers & acquisitions.
